The Art of Negotiation
In a fast-moving presentation, The Art of Negotiation will explore the strategic aspects of negotiating and provide the tools to prevent and resolve disputes and secure desired and negotiated outcomes. Negotiations should not be feared; rather they should be viewed as an opportunity to close deals and solidify relationships. While we negotiate on a daily basis, this discussion will examine the process and skills for handling negotiations effectively. We will explore concepts such as when to negotiate, developing your alternatives, steps in effective negotiation, and much more.
