Please be advised that logistics of electricity, parking, and wi-fi are handled directly by the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. The forms are presented below. 




  • What time is move-in and move-out?
    Exhibitor Move-in Tuesday, November 26th - 8:00-10:00pm Wednesday, November 27th - 6:30-8:30am Please have your booth is set up no later than 8:30am as the Tradeshow opens at 9:30am. If you have special requirements and need more time to set up, please notify us and we will work to accommodate your needs. Please email or call (905) 812-5627 ext. 2871.
