Advice for Entrepreneurs
"Nothing works until your sales process does. Over my years of working with many small business owners, one thing is sure - everyone small business owner is passionate about what they do. What I have found is that a lot of people are misguided in thinking that passion alone will sell. Once they make that first sale, then they can go and hire a salesperson to do that role for them. The reality is, your business is your baby. You are only one responsible for making sure you provide what it needs to survive, revenue. My advice to entrepreneurs and small business owners is to learn how to sell, it's not as scary as it may seem."
